Refund Policy

At AssistedX, you operate real infrastructure before you commit. This refund policy covers both our student cloud credits and our cloud platform services.

The Short Version

For student cloud credits: you don't activate until after your first successful week. If you activate and want a refund within 3 days, you get one — no questions asked. For cloud services: unused monthly credit is not refundable, but you can cancel anytime.

Student Cloud Infrastructure Credits (₹5,000/year for ₹1.5L infrastructure)

Before Payment

You apply and start for free. You get access to the operations dashboard and begin operating infrastructure. No credit activation is required until after your first successful deployment week. If you decide the program isn't for you during this trial period, simply walk away — you owe nothing.

After Credit Activation — 3-Day Refund Window

Once you activate your cloud credits (₹5,000 for ₹1.5L worth of infrastructure), you have 3 days to request a full refund for any reason. No questions asked. To request a refund, email team@assistedx.ai with your registered email address.

After 3 days

After the 3-Day window, the activation fee is non-refundable. This is because dedicated infrastructure resources — servers, databases, networking — are provisioned and committed for your use for the full year. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
