Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AssistedX Cloud platform and related services ("Services") operated by Nulr Haus Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Overview
AssistedX provides AI-assisted cloud infrastructure services including compute, database, and storage solutions, as well as a student cloud operations program. Services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services independently. Students under 18 may participate in the student program with parental or guardian consent. You must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Student Program
The student cloud operations program provides ₹1,50,000 worth of dedicated cloud infrastructure credits — including servers, databases, networking, and operations tools — for ₹5,000 per year. Credit activation is required only after successful completion of your first week of operations. The program includes access to the operations dashboard, dedicated infrastructure resources, and a certificate upon completion.
- Access is granted for a period of one (1) year from the date of credit activation
- The certificate is issued upon completion and does not expire
- Infrastructure access is shared and subject to fair use policies
- We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse or inactivity
4. Cloud Platform Services
Cloud infrastructure services (compute, database, storage) are billed monthly based on the plan selected. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval
- Resell or redistribute Services without authorization
- Interfere with other users' access to the platform
6. Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in the currency specified on the relevant service page. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Late payments may result in service suspension.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell user data to third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and documentation associated with AssistedX are owned by Nulr Haus Pvt. Ltd. Certificates issued to students may be shared publicly but may not be altered or misrepresented.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nulr Haus Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amaravati, AP - India.
